THRESHOLD

For their 20th Anniversary year, Fuse Ensemble presents THRESHOLD in 2027. Through contemporary, electroacoustic chamber music and dynamic visual art digitally integrated into the stage with the musicians, the group collectively explores the idea of the threshold in its many forms: the blurring border between humans and technology; the powerful, brief pause before a huge action is taken; the tipping point before a fall into chaos; the doorway into another world; the cusp of a new era and more.
